Please inform people if orders are not send within 2 days in why the delay occurs and when they will receive the goods

At the time you placed the order not all products were in stock, this was mentioned on our website and in the cart.
In the order confirmation we sent when you placed the order a lead time of 2-3 weeks was mentioned.
My apologies the communication this wasn't transparante enough. We will look into the way this is communicated and change the communication accordingly.
