Ability to change the invoice after purchase. I've already purchased a product and asked you afterwords if you can send a new invoice without VAT and rufund the paid VAT. It was very important for me because I have a company in Germany and can't get VAT back when I pay it in other European countries. But you guys weren't able to send a new invoice.

Unfortunately, we are not able to do a VAT refund. You have received from us an invoice with German VAT. You can get the VAT back in the same way as if you bought the product in Germany.
