Product shipped came with non functional FW, the manufacturer has started an investigation after we needed their support. You still have not responded to the email.

You had an extensive email correspondence with the manufacturer. The manufacturer responded always within a few hours and has solved the firmware issue for you. For us it is not clear what you mean with "you have not responded". Before and after this issue, we have received several emails from you to which we responded the same day.
