We received your order the 9th of October. The lead time for your order was 2-3 weeks, this was communicated in the offer we sent before we received the order and in the order confirmation.
The order was shipped Thursday the 24th of October, two weeks after the order was placed and it was delivered Monday the 28th of October by DPD. The transit time for shipments to the United Kingdom is 2-3 days, because DPD doesn't deliver on Sunday it was delivered on Monday.
The order was shipped and delivered within the communicated delivery and transit time.
We are really sorry to hear you aren't happy about the delivery times and we will look into this and try to speed things along.
