Everything was fine, except one item arrived damaged. I decided to have it repaired instead of returning it.

Damaged items happen thus almost never as demonstrated also by the reviews by The Feedback Company, 1stdibs and Houzz. Yet, we will try to learn from your specific damage and see how we can further perfection our packing.
