I had a really bad experience, say the pack and send the same day if you place before 17.00 Order was first released day after and 7 days later i have not recieved my package. Had to chase DHL and... I had a really bad experience, say the pack and send the same day if you place before 17.00 Order was first released day after and 7 days later i have not recieved my package. Had to chase DHL and customer service over 2 days. customer service is not very effective: Telling they will come back in 3 working days. Thats 10 days and still no sign of package or refund ! Not good

We handed over your order to DHL on June 1. That shipment is on its way, but it isn't being delivered for no apparent reason. After you contacted customer service, we immediately started an investigation at DHL. It takes a minimum of 3 working days before we can expect a response from DHL. We cannot speed up this process. We will keep you informed. Our apologies for the delay.
