Around the time that our collaboration with Feedback Company came about, we advertised a lot on Google AdWords. The specific aim was to display stars on Google, just like our competitors do.

We ultimately chose Feedback Company for its availability, accessibility and attractive prices. The fact that a Dutch customer service team is on hand to help was decisive for us.

In addition to the stars we've since gained on Google, we now regularly look at all reviews to get an idea of what our customers think of us. This immediately offers us the chance to see which internal processes need improving.

In addition, brand visibility is also becoming ever more important. That's why we as a webshop are focusing on our representation; Feedback Company is helping us do this.

Feedback Company was just starting out when we began working together. So, you could say we have grown together. One of our shops has won the Opiness Award two years running and we believe that this has a lot to do with the reviews that we have collected through Feedback Company.

Why would you recommend working with Feedback Company to others?

Feedback Company looks at consumers and businesses. A customer may at some point write a negative review. It does happen and there is nothing wrong with that. Sometimes, however, the review is unjustified and we do everything we can to solve the issue with our customer.

It’s great that Feedback Company acts as an intermediary between the customer and us. We have the opportunity to contact the customer to resolve the problem or issue a company response. This is fair to the consumer and to us. That's why I have recommended Feedback Company to many customers over the years!
