Worst experience ever.

I rented a car from 13 July - 13 August. Right now I am still arguing with them over wrongfully charged administration costs. I am asked to show proof of payment,... Worst experience ever.

I rented a car from 13 July - 13 August. Right now I am still arguing with them over wrongfully charged administration costs. I am asked to show proof of payment, whilst they cannot provide me with the right documents that state that I indeed owe them money. They charged my credit card, without my permission, whilst their policy mentions that they will only do this after your permission.

I have been emailing them abput this issue for the past 2 weeks, but I get 0 response.

Would not recommend this company, as their emergency service during the rental period also fully lacked.

There was no body from BB&L when I brought the car back , no walk around , this could be inproved , when they find something on the car what was missed by pickup , you can not defend your self.

I have been hiring cars from BB$L for more than 30 years from South Africa and every time it was a pleasure to deal with this company. In accidents not my fault, payments upon arrival etc was...
