Top Up code did not work

Dear customer,
We have received your message that the prepaid top-up code does not work or you are having difficulties topping-up the code with the provided instructions. This is basically impossible. All of our top-up codes are unused and both these and the top-up instructions have been supplied to us by the providers.
Common reasons as to why the prepaid top-up code appears not to be working are:
- The code is entered incorrectly, please try again.
- The prepaid platform of the provider is temporarily out of service. Situations like these are often remedied within a couple of hours. Please try again later.
- The top-up code does not match the provider for which you are trying to top up. Check if you are using a sim card of the provider for which you have purchased prepaid credit.
Unfortunately, if this is not the case, it is not possible to refund or to exchange a delivered prepaid top-up code (PIN). The situation can be best compared to a classic top-up card that has been scratched open. We are unable to check whether the code you wish to return or exchange has been used or not. This prevents us from reentering the code in our system and selling it to another customer.
Of course, you can always try to sell the top-up code to someone else with a prepaid SIM-card of the matching provider.
If, after checking everything above, you are still experiencing problems with topping up your prepaid code, we advise you to contact the customer service of your provider. Your provider will be able to check what the problem is concerning the code, and may even top up your credit remotely. Unfortunately we are not able to do this because we are not affiliated with your provider.
We regret that we can not provide you with a more suitable solution and hope that we have informed you sufficiently.
